<p>PURPOSE:To sufficiently decrease probability to generate an image signal receiving the flicker fluctuation of a fluorescent lamp due to neighboring of a picture element of zero value on a picture element of differential value. CONSTITUTION:A differential value (d) by both the differential circuit 16 of an image signal and a corresponding picture element position signal in a frame memory 15 is compared with threshold values t1, t2 by comparison circuits 51, 52, and 0 is outputted where t1, t2>¦d¦ and 1 on the other condition, and 1 is outputted from an OR circuit 56 where t2<=¦d¦, and 0 is outputted from an AND circuit 55 and 1 from the OR circuit 56 where t1>¦d¦, and 0 is outputted from a comparison circuit 57 and 0 from the AND circuit 55 and 0 from the OR circuit 56 where t1<=¦d¦<=t2, and 1 is outputted from the AND circuit 55 and 1 from the OR circuit 56 and 1 from the comparison circuit 57 and they are written in the corresponding picture element position of a decision memory 58. The data of the adjacent part of the present picture element is read out from the decision memory, and the number K of 1's is counted by a counter 61, and it is compared with a prescribed value t3 by the comparator 57, and 0 is outputted where K<t3, and 1 on the other condition. When the OR circuit 56 is set at 0, 0 is outputted from a switching circuit 18, and the differential value is outputted when it is set at 1.</p> |
