PURPOSE:To provide a stable output of an accelerometer irrespective of a change in environmental temperature in an optical fiber accelerometer in which an optical signal from an acceleration sensor is processed by a photoelectric conversion module having a plurality of optical elements. CONSTITUTION:An optical signal having acceleration information from an acceleration sensor 6 is converted to an electric signal by a photoelectric conversion module 11 having a light source 1, a Klein lens 4, optical interference filters 12, 14, a glass block 13 and photoreceivers 15, 17, and an acceleration signal is obtained by an arithmetic circuit 19. In order to maintain a constant- temperature, the module is buried integrally with a temperature sensor 21, a heater 22. Further, a temperature sensor 24 is placed out of the module 11 to detect an environmental temperature, and to sends its detection signal to a temperature controller 24 thereby to control the temperature of the module 11, thereby obtaining a stable accelerometer output irrespective of the environmental temperature. |
