MANUFACTURING METHOD OF EMBOSSING FILM

Recently as films are used as industrial packing material popularlly, it is required that surface of film should be beautiful prior embossing film producing methods adopt casting drum which has a pattern. This method has a defect that produce only the same pattern. This method produces wave pattern by variating extruding pressure of melted polymer. If explained in detail, the difference of polymer streams caused by various extruding pressure, wave patterns are developed. Wave pattern embossing film can be produced in the condition of various extrusion pressure between 30 and 40 kg/cm2 with melted polymer which was melted at 278-285 deg.C.
