PURPOSE:To save the labor of a sampling operation for sampling a sample liquid from the cultivation apparatus of microorganisms or the like so as to be operated automatically. CONSTITUTION:A liquid transport pipe 12 is arranged at the upper part 6f a support stand 11 which supports a test tube. Connecting stoppers 22, 22,... which have been mounted on, and attached to, test tubes 20, 20,... and branched extraction ports 21, 21,... are connected respectively by rubber tubes 23, 23,.... One end part of the liquid transport pipe 12 is branched, and branched pipes are connected respectively to a cultivation apparatus 1 and an air compressor via rubber tubes 13, 14. The other end is connected to a drain tank via a rubber tube 19. Pinch valves V7 to V20 are interposed and mounted respectively at the rubber tubes 14, 19, 23, 23,.... A peristaltic pump 9 and the pinch valves V7 to V20 as well as valves V1 to V6, V21 which communicate with the cultivation apparatus 1 an the air compressor are sequentially controlled by a programmable controller 62. The sterlization, the cleaning operation, the drying operation and the sampling operation of a completely hermetically sealed system pipe passage are operated automatically. |
