<p>PURPOSE:To realize accurate cutting of the surface of a cable insulator with a high smoothness. CONSTITUTION:Cutting tools 16-1 to 16-4 are arranged symmetrically to the surface of a cutting tool holder fitting seat 15 on both surfaces of the cutting tool holder fitting seat. The cutting mark of the cutting tools 17-1 to 17-4 are adequately shifted toward self-rotating axis by selecting the length of the cutting tools 17-1 to 17-4 in the self-rotating axis direction. Balanced provision of a plurality of cutting tool holders 16-1 to 16-4 to the cutting tool holder fitting seat 15 is effective in cancellation of a bending moment to be applied on a cable core 11 and smoothness of cutting can be improved by setting the length of the cutting tool holders 16-1 to 16-4 with a high accuracy.</p> |
