<p>PURPOSE:To prevent an image from becoming mosaic on a screen by storing the main component of one small block in one recording block and making the number of the recording blocks the number of the adjacent small block on the screen as it is. CONSTITUTION:A rectangular small block is constituted by respectively combining plural sample values in a horizontal direction and in a vertical direction from a digital video signal by a small block making means 1 at a recording time. Then, in a large block making means 2, a large block is constituted by taking out the small block one by one respectively from areas dividing the screen into quarters. In such a case, since the main component of the small block placed on the adjacent position on the screen is contained in an inner code adjacent on the track, the number of the inner codes detected on the track continuously at the time of high speed reproduction becomes the number of the continuous small blocks on the screen as it is, and the mosaic on the screen is prevented.</p> |
