PURPOSE:To provide a toner guiding roller efficiently sticking and carrying removed toner scraped by a cleaning blade and recovering it in a recovering member and to provide an image forming method and an image forming device stably forming a high-quality image without damaging a photosensitive body in a stage where the image is repeatedly formed by using the roller. CONSTITUTION:The toner guiding roller 9b whose surface, at least, has extremely proper conductivity and hardness and which is constituted of conductive silicone resin excellent in material, and the image forming method and the image forming device using a cleaning device 9 combining and having the guiding roller 9b and a cleaning means are obtained. Furthermore, the image forming method and the image forming device in which the toner guiding roller 9b using conductive silicone resin is applied to an organic photosensitive body 1 having at least a surface layer whose binder resin is polycarbonate or its copolymer are obtained. |
