PURPOSE:To prevent the decrease in output of a solar cell at the time of stop ping a vehicle. CONSTITUTION:When stop of a vehicle is detected by a thermometer 22 or a vehicle speed sensor 24, a controller 20 controls a switch circuit to switch part of solar cells for constituting a solar cell from a parallel connection to a series connection. For example, one block 12 is divided into a plurality, and connected in series with the other block. Thus, an output voltage of the cell can be raised to prevent a decrease in the output of the cell 10. |
