FERRITE HAVING SLIGH POWER LOSS AND SATURATION INDUCTIVITY

摘要

PURPOSE: To prevent formation of coarse grains even when a silicic acid rich iron oxide is used as a starting material by doping ferrite, e.g. zinc manganese ferrite, with a molybdenum compound. CONSTITUTION: When an iron oxide containing silicic acid is used as a starting material, ferrite is doped with a molybdenum compound. Molybdenum oxide is employed as the molybdenum compound. Ferrite is doped with 0.01-0.03 wt.% of molybdenum oxide. This composition produces a ferrite having high saturation induction and low loss even when a silicic acid rich starting substance is employed.
