PURPOSE:To correct the non-coincident bit data caused by the cut-off of power supply occurring in a write/erasion of EEPROM to be multiply stored. CONSTITUTION:A bit data storage using an EEPROM is provided with a total page data coincidence deciding means 4 of an EEPROM 106 which successively stores data on three pages overlapping with each other, a 1st/2nd page data coincidence deciding means 5, a 2nd/3rd page data coincidence deciding means 6 which invalidates the data when no coincidence of data is secured between the 2nd and 3rd pages, a 3rd page storage data correcting means 7 which corrects the bit data on the 3rd page into the coincident bit data, a 1st page storage data correcting means 8 which corrects the bit data on the 1st page into the coincident bit data, and a count-up data correcting means 9 which corrects the count-up data when the count data is erased. |
