PURPOSE:To facilitate the normality test at system rising and the supervisory of each section in operation by providing a transmission reception unit corresponding to a line to the system so as to execute data transmission reception control corresponding to the line. CONSTITUTION:A transmission reception unit number of a line number, a test command or a monitor command and test data or the like are set to a command setting memory 8 of an ancillary device 10 and transferred from an input output interface section 7 to a transmitter-receiver 6. They are received by a transmission reception control section 4 via an input output interface section 5 and analyzed and the processing result of test or monitor or the like is set to a response setting memory 3 and transferred from an I/F section 5 to the device 10. This is analyzed by a control processing section 9 to discriminate the test result and monitor result, thus, when the device 10 is connected to the device 6, the test and monitor are executed corresponding to transmission reception units 1-1-1-n. |
