<p>PURPOSE:To further miniaturize the pointing device of a stick type for freely moving a cursor on a display screen and to facilitate its signal processing. CONSTITUTION:Two piezoelectric ceramic sheets (piezoelectric bodies) 11 and 12 arranged so that their polarizing directions orthgonally cross each other are stuck on a baseplate member 13 and similarly stuck to the bottom of a stick member with a stick-shaped operation part as well. Electrodes are printed on the top/bottom of the piezoelectric objects 11, 12 and a part of the electrodes drawn out from a side (a lead wire deriving part) is connected to a signal processing circuit by way of FPC 15.</p> |
