<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the occurrence of a disabled period of recording at the time of reversing a tape. CONSTITUTION:Before reversing the tape, a signal outputted from a microphone 1 and an A/D converter 2 is supplied via switch circuits 3 and 10 to a magnetic head 11a and is recorded in a track on the side of A. At this time, a track on the side of B is traced by a magnetic head 11b. When a marker signal is detected from a track on the B side by this magnetic head 11b, a switch circuit 4 is switched over to select an output of the side of a delay circuit 4. Consequently, it takes a prescribed time to output a signal from the delay circuit 4 to follow a signal recorded on the A side, having enough time to spare. In the meantime, the tape is reversed, while switch circuits 3, 10 and 12 are controlled to make preparations for recording a signal in a track on the B side. When reversing of the tape is over, a signal is recorded in a track on the B side. Since recording contents on the A side and recording contents on the B side are continuous, the occurrence of a dissolved period of recording on the magnetic tape is dissolved.</p> |
