<p>PURPOSE:To provide the process of using as a solvent water without inflammability and environmental pollution to mould a green sheet for a matrix sheet in manufacturing an electrolytic sheet for a fused carbonate type fuel cell. CONSTITUTION:A mixture consisting of lithium aluminium hydroxide as its main component, a water solvent binder, an additive and water is moulded into the shape of a sheet, dried, and subsequently heat-treated at a temperature of 550 deg.C to 700 deg.C. This process provide a matrix sheet of small pore-diameter and large porosity so as to improve the performance of a fused carbonate type fuel cell.</p> |
