PURPOSE:To provide a customer station information communicating equipment capable of quickly recognizing program runaway generated in a managed side terminal computer by a management side main computer and returning the terminal computer to the original operation status. CONSTITUTION:This customer station information communicating equipment 1 consists of the management side main computer 2 for managing information in a residence and the managed side terminal computer 4 for transmitting/ receiving the information of the residence to/from the main computer 2 through a telephone line 3 laid in the residence and the computer 4 is provided with a storage means 11 for storing a communication number for executing communication with the computer 2 and the identification(ID) number of the controlled side. In addition, the computer 4 is provided with a program runaway detecting means 9 for detecting the runaway of a program and a restarting means 10 for the computer 4 itself. An electrically writable/erasable nonvolatile storage means is used as the storage means 11. |
