PURPOSE:To supply master clocks at all times, to eliminate troublesome procedures at the time of starting a system and to almost unify device constitution. CONSTITUTION:This mechanism is provided with an oscillator 2 for supplying independent clocks, a clock control part 3 for generating the clocks phase- synchronized with the clocks extracted by' reception parts 41 and 42, selecting either ones and supplying them to a transmission part and a station control part 1 for generating frames provided with priority information for selecting a station, transmitting them, also receiving the frames sent from the other stations, selecting the one with highest priority among them and sending control signals to the clock control part 3 so as to select the clocks supplied from the oscillator 2 when the frame is the one of the present station and to select the clocks generated in phase-synchronism when the frame is the one of the other stations. |
