PURPOSE:To enable a high-function desolving process as a desolving process in an optional area in a field as to an image composing process. CONSTITUTION:A composition rate generation part 13 determines which of a rate (output from 14) at the time of the desolving process and a rate (output from 15) not in the desolving process is used as the composition rate of the image memories 11 and 12 storing two kind of images respectively, pixel by pixel, with 1-bit signals by pixels from an image memory 16 in addition to control signals by fields, and a composition arithmetic part 17 performs composition arithmetic on the basis of the composition rate. Thus, the composition rate can be specified, pixel by pixel, so the desolving process in an optional area in a filed can be performed and the direction of the desolving process can be controlled during the desolving process according to a signal from an image memory. |
