<p>The invention relates to the thiadiazole derivatives corresponding to the general formula <IMAGE> in which Ar represents a nitrogenous aromatic heterocycle, especially indolyl which is unsubstituted or substituted on the nitrogen by CO-(C1-C4)alkyl; by (CH2)nCOR in which n represents 1 or 2 and R represents OR1 or NR1R2 with R1 and R2, which may or may not be identical, representing H or (C1-C4)alkyl; by C1 to C4 hydroxyalkyl; by C2 to C6 alkoxyalkyl; tetrahydropyranyl; or by a -(CH2)3-chain, the last carbon of which is attached to the phenyl ring of the indole to form a 6-membered ring; Z represents: (a) the group <IMAGE> where A and B, independently of one another, represent C, CH or N; and X1, X2, X3 and X4, which may or may not be identical, represent H, (C1-C3)alkyl, (C1-C3)alkoxy, Cl, Br or trifluoromethyl, or else (b) an optionally substituted naphthyl group, and to their pharmaceutically acceptable salts.</p> |
