The method controls ring answering by counting make time of ring signal and break time. The method comprises: a make time counting process counting the make time of input ring signal, a break time counting process checking the make time counting value and counting the break time, a rising checking process checking rising edge input of next ring signal, a break time permissible error checking process checking the break time permissible error of next ring signal, a speech path making process controlling the loop and making the speech path according to the ring counting value.
