The method prevents flowing backward caused by being clogged of tuyere at blast furnace facilities when processing the blowing-in of coal powder. The method employs: A) a flux sensor (11) detecting flux of ventilation in tuyere; B) electric control apparatuses (14,15,16) controlling blowing-in and stop of coal powder; C) a process computer (10) controlling the control apparatuses.
