The apparatus prevents the temp of the showcase interior from abruptly going up during the defrosting process, and also prevents an air outlet from getting freezed after the defrosting process by separating the heated defrosting air from the low temp air. The apparatus comprises a 1st blowing fan motor (3) circulating outer-layered air; a 2nd blowing fan motor (3-1) circulating inner-layered air; an air flow convert means (17) separating the outer-layered air from the inner-layered air; an air flow convert plate (14) positioned between a pair of air guide plates (11,11-1); a solenoid (15) driving to open the air flow convert plate (14).
