The apparatus eliminates the frost on a cooling part by connecting a defrosting tube to a heat radiation tube, abd making the high temp coolant water of a Sterling cooler radiator flow in the defrosting tube for an every predefined time. The defrosting apparatus comprises the defrosting tube (15) slantedly/screwedly wound around the cooling part (6) of the Sterling cooler (4); the heat radiation tube (8) having an entrance (8a)/an exit (8b) connected to both ends of the defrosting tube (15); 3-way valves (16, 17) installed on the two tube connection parts; a timer (18), connected to the 3-way direction valve, recovering the cooling part at a predefined time; a defrosting water guide means (20); a screwed guide (22).
