This concerns the determination of magnetic flux and the application of torques to reluctance machines. According to the invention, use is made of the reaction of measurement signals applied to the reluctance machine 2. These have the effect of changes in the current, which are fed to a computer and evaluated. According to a circuit arrangement, a reluctance machine 2 is fed via an intermediate-circuit voltage converter 1, current measuring devices 3 being provided in the feed line. The latter, together with a current detection module 4, and including a higher-order controller 5 which performs the timing, supply the prevailing current vector. From the latter, by using a timer unit 10, the current rate-of-change vector is determined in a current rise computer 6. The latter vector, together with the voltage vector direction information, which is generated by the high-order controller 5, are used in a flux angle computer 8 to calculate the flux angle, which is used in a field orientation and current regulating block 7, which has the inputs "desired torque" and "desired magnetization", to determine the control state of the converter. The advantageous result is that no mechanical transmitter is needed. In addition, voltage measurements can be dispensed with; nor are any additional analogue current sources needed. |
