The subject of the invention is a heat shrinkable composite film comprising a core layer and two outer or intermediate layers applied to each surface of the core layer, the said intermediate and outer layers being formed by one or more polyolefins, the flexural modulus of which is greater than 200 MPa, according to ASTM D 790, and the Vicat softening point of which is greater than 100 DEG C, according to ASTM D 1525, the said core layer being formed by a polymer, the flexural modulus of which is less than 400 MPa, according to ASTM D 790 and the Vicat softening point is less than 70 DEG C, according to ASTM D 1525, the said polymer being chosen in particular from polypropylenes having a high alpha-olefin content, polyolefin-based elastomeric materials or their blends.
