The present invention relates to a new method for processing and pre-preparing the hot drink known as coffee. In a first stage, the product is processed in the factory following the conventional method for preparing this drink and, in a second stage, it is artificially cooled to a temperature which is low enough for it to freeze. In order to make this coffee (drink), which is fully prepared, ready to drink it simply needs to be brought to the right temperature.
