The control circuit protects an electronic device from high voltage of a step-up transformer. The circuit includes a switch which rectifies alternating input, an oscillating circuit which generates alternating distorted wave, and a control circuit which outputs step-up alternating distorted wave through the step-up transformer. The circuit includes the 1st and 2nd field effect transistors which alternatively operate on/off, a square wave generator which has charging/ discharging means, and a duty control means which adjusts the charging/ discharging speed of a charger.
