Pneumo-hydraulic vehicle sustainers with 12V/24V 16 bar compressor control

The pneumo-hydraulic sustainers are mounted in the factory in the area of the previous supporting struts of a passenger car, caravan or Dormobile. Control is provided via a compressor pressure system whose lines are also mounted in the factory, under the vehicle, like the brake line system. The line system consists of 6 mm galvanised steel tubing or compression-proof plastic lines and is permanently connected to the sustainers. The sustainers consist of an external cylinder and an internal cylinder. The internal cylinder of the sustainer is secured with a helical return spring so that when the system is depressurised the sustainers are retracted and the supporting foot rests flush on the floor plate and thus does not impede the floor clearance. The possible applications are: passenger car, minibus, caravans and Dormobiles. The operation of the system can be controlled via a separate built-in system or via the driving vehicle (caravan). <IMAGE>
