The device has a fabric opening (24) for leading the extremity through the cover cloth (12). The collector bag (16) has two openings (20,22) for the extremity so as only as section of it is exposed. The collector bag is made of elastic sheeting. The two openings in the bag are sealable and are in the wall of the bag. The fabric opening and the two bag openings are flush with each other, when the cover and collector (10) are placed together. The cover cloth has a sealing collar (34) which is stuck to the cover side facing away from the collector bag.
