<p>The lamp socket has a cylindrical body (12) having an extension with openings (14) for the ends of the strands (15) of the supply cable (16) which is introduced through a conical or bell-shaped hood (13) having two internal tongues (18) with terminal teeth (19) for engagement in lateral apertures of the body. The seating (23) in the top of the hood accepts the ring (24) of more flexible insulating material which is fitted around the cable and has small internal teeth or grippers (29) which penetrate the cable sheath when the ring is seated.</p> |
