摘要 The invention relates to a process for producing a detonating cord of at least 40 g/m having a selectably reduced detonation velocity having an explosive, consisting of a base high explosive based on hexogen, octogen or pentaerythritol tetranitrate and at least one reactive admixture component, selection being able to be made from organic nitrates which influence the explosion behaviour, having the following process steps: a. the base explosive and the organic nitrates present in crystalline form and possibly other admixture components are mixed to form flowable granules, b. the grain size of the granules is selected during their production or by separation of the grain sizes in such a way that the grain diameters before further processing are established at least at 80 to 90% greater than 0.2, c. in a jet of granules, the granules thus established are poured in free fall into a wound cage forming in a spinning operation from plastic strips and yarn threads and are collected in this, d. the drawing-off speed or spinning speed of the wound cage is approximately 8 to 12 m/min, e. in the spinning and collecting process, the collected granule mixture is compressed, depending on the amount of granules falling in the jet of granules into the wound cage, the density of the explosive core and thus the detonation velocity being established.
