A damper element, presenting in a cross section, two sheets (10) principally arranged in parallel, with a certain relative slit width. The slit is bridged at the sheet edges by cantlists (11) in such a way that the sheets and the cantlists screen off at least one space in the element, which space is filled with a foamed material (16), applied by foaming. The cantlists (11) present elastical sections (19, 20), which cooperate during assembling of the element with folded sections (17) at the edges of the sheets, producing mechanical joining of the element before foaming of the foam material (16).
