An advertising, synoptic or other signalling apparatus using differential photoresistors to control indicator lights, wherein a single compensating photoresistor is used alongside a number of operative photoresistors which sequentially (never simultaneously) generate commands by means of a sequencer assembly for defining time slots in the same way as a clock, separating the resulting independent commands, with lights that come on in staggered fashion, all overlaps being avoided to reduce current consumption, enabling current from photovoltaic cells to be used so that the apparatus has a self-contained power supply. The apparatus has the ability to carry out system tests using a phenomenon provided by using said differential system, and can provide for its own safety by means of an internal arrangement of said device. |
