<p>The invention consists of a plastic support 1 with an upper reinforcing ring 2 which, when put into the ground, permits the simple introduction and removal of road signs and markers, their immediate replacement in case of breakage, and instant removal for mowing the road verge. The invention is characterized by the inner sliding plug 3 which, when the sign is removed for maintenance, is pushed upwards by a spring 4 to close and seal the entry hole to exclude foreign bodies. The internally slidable plug has a corresponding inverted piece 5 on its base, both having a central recess for a spring 4. The closing of the hole after the removal of the sign prevents foreign bodies (sand, road chippings, grass cuttings) from penetrating into the support and thus impeding the subsequent insertion of the sign and limiting the period of use and functionality of the support. <IMAGE></p> |
