<p>The profiled sealing surround possesses a projecting rib 12 that constitutes a sealing point 13. However, because this rib must press against the rectilinear edge of the frame 1 and therefore creates too weak a seal, at the foot 18 of the profiled sealing surround 4 there is an anchorage member 19. The latter has lips 21 that project obliquely upwards in the manner of teeth such that the anchorage member 19 can straddle and press against the lower vertex 20 of the window pane 2 and in this way can retain the adjacent profiled sealing surround 4 in the join 3 between the frame 1 and the pane 2. <IMAGE></p> |
