A device for moving a door into its closing position comprises a motor with an output shaft, a first actuating member connected to the latter and a second actuating member. According to the invention, the first actuating member in the form of a closing pin (4) is connected to the output shaft designed as a threaded spindle (2) via a lock nut (3) which is in engagement with the output shaft and converts rotational movements of the threaded spindle (2) into transverse movements of the locking pin (4), the second actuating member engaging positively round the closing pin (4) during the transverse movement of the latter.
