A conventional plastic resin mixing and extruding operation has a disadvantage that the operation is interrupted during cleaning, reducing operating efficiency. The present invention comprises a plurality of extruding main bodies each in turn comprising a screw and a cylinder for performing an extruding process and detachable movable members such as a motor and a hopper, whereby it is constructed such that immediately a cleaning process starts on one of the plurality of extruding main bodies that has completed an extruding process and from which the movable members have been removed, another extruding process starts on another extruding main body which has already been cleaned and to which the movable members have been transferred so that extruding and cleaning processes can be performed on the extruding main bodies sequentially and repeatedly, the conventional disadvantage thus being avoided.
