The composition is obtained by granulation of a pulverulent mixture of the various constituents thereof using a binder consisting of polypropylene glycol which has a molecular weight of between 200 and 30,000, which is optionally mixed with a small amount of C2 or C4 polyalkylene glycol(s), the granules having a particle size of between 65 mu m and 800 mu m.
