Heavy metals are chemical stabilized in liquid industrial wastes and in solid wastes after its treatment into liquid state. At first is treated the pH of liquid waste to value from 9 to 10. To the such way treated liquid waste are gradually added on every 100 parts of mass 0,1 to 0,4 parts of mass of aqueous glass, 0,5 to 0,8 parts of mass dissoluble sulphate and in estimate on chlorine iones 0,08 to 0,2 parts of mass of dissoluble chloride. After adding of single components, or in course of their adding, is liquid waste homogenized.
