<p>PURPOSE:To enable a discarded expanded styrol to be effectively collected by a method wherein the expanded styrol can be easily crushed even at home or in front of a small shop to reduce its volume, and practical effect of recovery can be raised. CONSTITUTION:A container body 2 wherein a hopper 5 into which expanded styrol containers 31 are thrown, is annexed to its upper part, a chopping and raking roller 7 which is provided at a discharge opening part in a lower part of the hopper 5 to chop and rake the expanded styrol into small pieces, and pressurizing and heating rollers 8a, 8b wherein the expanded styrol which has been chopped into small pieces 27 with the chopping and raking roller 7 is pressurized and heated to be made pasty, are provided. Then, a form of a small piece 33 wherein inside gas is extracted with those pressurizing and heating rollers 8a, 8b to reduce its volume, is obtained.</p> |
