PURPOSE:To prevent injection nozzles and charge electrodes from ink stain by an arrangement that ink through injection nozzles is jetted into a hollow member of special constitution pending a given flying path ready therefor. CONSTITUTION:A hollow member 17 is arranged through an electrode 7 for ink jet recording device which comprises charging the ink through an ink injection nozzle 5 on the charge electrode 7 and deflecting it with electrodes 91, 92.... The ink is then jetted into the hollow member 17 through the injection nozzle 5, and as soon as the ink particle comes in collision with a semiconductor strain gauge 22, a motor is driven to shift the hollow member 17 as far as the position indicated by two-dot chain line. A carriage 15 is then driven to recording position. EFFECT:Free from ink droop through nozzle. |
