PURPOSE:To obtain a laminate of metal and film which has excellent molding processability and impact resistance and sufficient practical use by thermally a polyester biaxially oriented film in which orientation degrees in all directions are specified on a base material of a metal plate. CONSTITUTION:A laminate comprises a polyester biaxially oriented film thermally adhered to a metal plate base material, wherein formulae are satisfied, where lateral orientation degrees of the film perpendicular to a film flowing direction at a thermal adherence side are AMD, ATD, lateral orientation degrees of the film to the film flowing direction at a center in a film thickness direction are CMD, CTD and lateral orientation degrees of the film in the film flowing direction at a non-thermal adherence side are BMD, BTD, and a difference of orientation degrees between lateral directions to the film flowing direction at all positions of the film is 0.5 or less. |
