摘要 PURPOSE:To enable the proper three-dimensional diagnosis by a simple method by obtaining the detection value of the three-demensional space moving amount by an accerelation detection means, calculating the position of the tip of an ultrasonic probe in the three-dimensional space, and constructing the three- dimensional picture based on the calculation value. CONSTITUTION:An ultrasonic vibrator 2 is provided at the tip of the ultrasonic probe to be inserted into the celom and acceleration sensors 3-5 are provided in the direction of shafts x-z. A Bmode signal is prepared by an ultrasonic processing section 15 based on an echo signal from the vibrator 2, outputted to a picture take-in switch 16 and to a display changeover switch 17. The signals of acceleration sensors 3-5 are inputted to a position signal processing section 20, calculating the displacement amount of each sensor. A value of delta is calculated from the result based on a formula and when the delta exceeds a set value, the picture fetching signal is outputted to the switch 16. Thus, the B-mode image from the section 15 is outputted to a storage device 19 and the tomographic image corresponding to the displacement in the directions x-z of the ultrasonic vibrator 2 is stored.
