PURPOSE:To provide a heat transfer accepting sheet, wherein excellent printing aptitutude is provided and the defect of density unevenness and adhesive property with the resin of an accepting layer are improved, when the sheet is used in a heat transfer printer. CONSTITUTION:On a base paper, whose main component is cellulose pulp, a polyolefin laminated layer, an intermediate layer and an image accepting layer, which accepts and dyes a heat-transfer picture forming dye, are sequentially provided.
