PURPOSE:To surely perform the optical resolution of an optically active platinum complex compound difficult to be resolved into optical isomers, by subjecting the compound to a high-performance liquid chromatography using a column packed with a chiral filler, thereby resolving into a dextrorotatory substance and a levorotatory substance. CONSTITUTION:The optical resolution of a cis-platinum (II) complex component of 1,2-cyclohexanediamine isomer expressed by formula 1 (R is group selected from the formulas II, III, IV, etc.) into d-isomer and l-isomer is carried out by a high-performance liquid chromatography using a column packed with a chiral filler. The chiral filler is e.g. a cellulose ester derivative and a cellulose carbamate derivative. |
