PURPOSE:To provide the subject composition containing a fibrous reinforcing material, suppressed in warpage development due to incorporation of such fibrous reinforcing material, capable of giving molding of excellent heat resistance, mechanical properties and impact resistance. CONSTITUTION:The objective polyester resin composition can be obtained by incorporating 35-90wt.% of a resin component composed of (A) 55-99 pts.wt. of a thermoplastic polyester resin and (B) 1-45 pts.wt. of a vinyl polymer prepared by copolymerization between (B-1) vinyl cyanide monomer, (B-2) aromatic vinyl monomer and (B-3) epoxy group-contg. vinyl monomer with the proportion of the component B-3 being 0.1-1.5wt.% with (C) 3-45wt.% of a fibrous reinforcing material, (D) 5-40wt.% of a flaky inorganic filler and (E) 0-40wt.% of a granular inorganic filler. |
