PURPOSE:To provide a safe and practical anti-HIV agent having low toxicity and suppressed side effect while keeping high activity compared with conventional anti-HIV agents. CONSTITUTION:The anti-HIV agent is composed of a sulfuric acid ester derivative of a homoglucan having beta-1,3-glycoside bond as the main chain and containing one side chain consisting of one residue bonded through beta-1,6- glycoside bond based on 4 main chain residues. |
