PURPOSE:To prevent adverse effect on a qhotosensitive resin layer, maintain a high quality designedness even when developing processing is completed, and improve added value. CONSTITUTION:An aluminum plate 7 having a thickness of 0.24mm is purified by degreasing and etching. Thereafter, an electrolytic water solution 2 having a nitric acid density of 10g/l and an aluminum ion density of 7g/l is prepared. In an electrolytic processing tank 5, the rear face of the aluminum plate 7 is arranged opposite an electrode 6. At this time, a masking plate 8 having a thickness of 1mm consisting of an insulating material is stuck fast to the rear face of the aluminum plate 7 so as to cover it. For the electrode 6, a carbon plate having a thickness of 50mm is used. Further, the electrolytic water solution 2 is supplied to the masking plate 8. The electrode 6 and the aluminum plate 7 are connected to a power source 11 by a cable 10. Thus, the aluminum plate 7 is roughened electrochemically. |
