PURPOSE:To automatically set an output and a conducting time and to improve reliability of operability and connecting operation by stopping conduction of a work coil from a high frequency power source after a prescribed time is elapsed from a time when a temperature of a magnetic alloy heater reaches a Curie point. CONSTITUTION:A high frequency output is applied from a high frequency power source 14 to a magnetic alloy heater 64 provided at a connecting part through a work coil 12. In this case, a prescribed time responsive to a type of a joint 66 is previously set at each joint. The source 14 is connected to the coil 12, and the type of the joint 66 is recognized. Then, conduction of the coil 12 from the source 14 is started. Whether a temperature of the heater 64 reaches a Curie point or not is judged, and after a prescribed time elapses after the temperature of the heater 64 reaches the point, conduction of the coil 12 from the source 14 is stopped. |
