摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To recover zinc conveniently with high efficiency by introducing the zinc vapor from a vacuum treating furnace passed through an inlet kept at high temp. into the shell of a recovery chamber contg. a low-temp. atmosphere and passing the vapor through a recovery box capable of being freely housed and drawn out. CONSTITUTION:A galvanized steel sheet scrap is heated in a vacuum treating furnace 12, and the generated gaseous zinc is introduced into a zinc recovery chamber 10 connected to the furnace through an inlet passage 14. The inlet 15 of the chamber 10 is held at high temp. by a heating means 30 to prevent the solidification and deposition of the gaseous zinc. The gaseous zinc is further introduced into a recovery box 32 through a cylindrical guide piece 38 fixed to a connecting material 36. The box 32 is freely housed in and drawn out from a shell 16 provided with the front and rear end plates 22 and 24 by means of a transfer means 40. The shell 16 is evacuated through a discharge port 28, and a coolant is circulated through a cooling passage 20 formed with a outer shell 18 to keep the atmosphere at low temp. The box 32 is freely assembled and disassembled using panels, and the solidifed and deposited zinc is easily released.</p>
