<p>PURPOSE:To bring an urethane pad and a film into close contact with a woody board, to eliminate wrinkles on the surface of the film and to improve its finish by high-frequency welding a laminate of the pad and the film to a woody board by a lower mold and an upper mold. CONSTITUTION:A molding surface 22a of a lower mold 22 is evacuated in vacuum by a vacuum pump 24. Thus, a laminate obtained by sequentially laminating an urethane pad 13 and a PVC film 14 on a woody board 12 and sealing it is evacuated in vacuum. Accordingly, the pad 13 and the film 14 can be brought into contact with the board 12 without gap. A high frequency voltage is applied between an upper mold 21 and the mold 22 by a high frequency power source 25 in this state. In this case, the board 12, the pad 13 and the film 14 are heated by the voltage, and fusion-bonded to each other. Thus, no wrinkle is generated on the surface of the film.</p> |
